If you cancel before we begin or before major milestones, you may be eligible for a refund for the part we haven’t worked on yet.

If we clearly miss requirements that were agreed on (and it’s not just a matter of preference), we’ll review your case and offer a fair refund or adjustment.
When Refunds Are Not Possible
There are also some situations where refunds simply can’t be issued, and we want to be upfront about them.
Once Work Has Been Delivered
Since our services involve time and expertise, any completed work such as designs, content, or development tasks isn’t refundable.
After Revisions Are Provided
If we already made revisions based on your feedback, refunds usually don’t apply because the work has already been done.
If Refund Requests Are Misleading or Unfair
We may decline the refund if the request appears dishonest, violates our terms or goes against third party policies we follow.
Subscription & Ongoing Service Refunds
If you’re using our ongoing digital services, here’s how refunds and cancellations work.
For Retainers or Monthly Services
For SEO, monthly content writing, or any subscription-based services:
- You can cancel anytime before the next cycle
- You must give us at least 7 days’ notice before billing renews
- Refunds for the current active month are not available

- It usually takes 5 to 20 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider
